Roles and Responsibilities for Manager- BusinessDevelopment/Marketing
Manager/ executive in the Business Developmentdepartment will have to lead and oversee the development and growth ofprofitable new business and to develop and maintain effective key Businessrelationships. You will also be responsible for all aspects of managing andmotivating the Business Development Team to agreed KPI’s. You will generateyour own personal sales, focusing on enterprise level, to agreed sales targets,with clients.
Responsible to: ChiefOperating Officer (COO)
External relationships: Blue chip and SME clients to director level on bothmarketing and technical teams
Internal relationships: The Business Development Team, Directors, SeniorManagement, Account Management
Team, Marketing, Finance and Administration
Hours: 9am’ 6.30pm or as necessary to or flexible as per requirement
Main duties of the post:
ü You will be responsible for generating new businessrelationships and negotiating new revenue for RENERGIA to agreed targets of Rupees50 Lakhs(Rupees FiFTY Lakhs) Per month
ü You will be responsible for keeping our salescontracts up to date and for checking all sales contracts prior to signature toensure company policies are upheld
ü You will be expected to lead enterprise-level salesopportunities and coordinate project teams for ten and eleven figure accounts
ü You will be expected to lead by example and maintainthe highest standards of administration in accordance with the agreed RENERGIAsales process, ensuring that the CRM systems are accurately updated and thatthe required documentation is completed by you and your team for all newbusiness opportunities
ü You will develop and maintain effective prospectiveclient and existing relationships
ü You will contribute to the personal development ofall Business Development Managers and Executives through excellent leadershipand performance management,
ü You will continually refine the sales process andensue that the Sales Team work effectively and prioritize workloads
ü You will represent RENERGIA at national andinternational industry events to garner more sales and market based returns
ü You will be responsible for ensuring that youmaintain an excellent level of technical knowledge regarding all areas of the RENERGIAoffering
ü You will be responsible for delivering regulartraining to the Business Development and Account Management Teams in bothselling and technical knowledge
ü You will be responsible for leading regular salesmeetings
ü You will be responsible for fair allocation anddistribution of inbound leads
ü You will work closely with the marketing team toidentify event opportunities
ü You will assist with the preparation of the Salesreports
